Hey everyone! So the route will in fact be front the Grand/El Embarcadero entrance of Lake Merritt, along the right side of the Lake, through Lakeside Park, and end at a white gazebo in Lakeside Park just before it comes Fairlyand. Hey everyone! So the route will in fact be front the Grand/El Embarcadero entrance of Lake Merritt, along the right side of the Lake, through Lakeside Park, and end at a white gazebo in Lakeside Park just before it comes Fairlyand. Yes, this is a short walk (about 30-40 minutes but might take longer if all 600+ confirmed guests make it out), but here's why 1) we have LOTS of speakers lined up--one from Rep. Sheier's office, as well as lots of other community speakers 2) It will be raining/cold 3) This is not a march/rally/protest and we need to be respectful of other people utilizing the walkways. I will post pictures for people not familiar with the area! Thanks again for all the support!
