After the overwhelming success of last October's Online Retailing conference, the IIA return with 8 More Ways to Sell Even More Stuff. This time around we're focussing on Content and Analysis - what you are saying to your customers and whether you're reaching them.
Building upon our first Online Retailing Conference last October, the highly successful “8 Ways to Sell More Stuff”, we are excited to bring you to the Burlington Hotel this March 3rd to share more unique and innovative case studies, expert discussions and informative speakers who will help you develop your online business.
In Ireland, the tide is turning and there is now a great opportunity to grow your business. Whether you’re opening your first online store to complement your bricks and mortar business or are looking to diversify into the many different online ecommerce opportunities, “8 More Ways to Sell Even More Stuff” will show you how to increase sales and open new markets through your online proposition.
Content, Analysis and Store Format
As the Irish Internet Association, it is our role to support business growth through sharing best practice thinking and experience. Based on your feedback, we have chosen Content and Analysis as the topics for this important conference as well as a review of the gamut of online shopping formats. We wish to provide delegates with the knowledge, skills and insight to ensure that they are communicating with their customers in the most effective way to drive sales while examining the statistics, metrics, facts and figures to make the right tweaks!
In recognition of the choice of online store formats we will also examine various store formats including e-commerce, m-commerce and social network stores. Whether your business chooses to develop one, some or all of these, we will have our expert speakers and exhibitors on hand to guide you.
Speakers include
* Conor O'Neill of Loudervoice,
* Laurence Veale of iQContent and
* David Johnston of Owjo.
Who should come along?
Whether you're pure-play online or multi-channel or bricks and mortar taking your first steps into online then this is the conference for you. If you're a start-up you will have the opportunity to meet with experienced e-tailers and if you're tried and tested then come trade war stories and blaze the trail to the next level. Also, specialist e-commerce developers and service providers in the retail sector can meet and mix with online retailers and develop their own customer understanding and knowledge.
