One more day until our launch of the Great Daffodil Appeal and we’ve got something very special planned for tomorrow. We’ll flip the switch on iconic landmarks throughout the country and fill the British skyline with a daffodil yellow glow.
From Portsmouth’s Spinnaker Tower to Scotland’s Inverness Castle, famous places across the UK will get the yellow treatment. Even the world famous Piccadilly Circus screens will turn yellow for one hour as the site owner Land Securities and advertisers Coca-Cola, McDonalds, Samsung, and TDK all give up their space to help raise awareness of the appeal.
So follow the yellow lit road and find a bright landmark wherever you are:
