RSA Design Debate The utopian Big Society vision now needs to take concrete form, but where will the promised civic flourishing actually take place? What kind of buildings do its builders need? What meeting places, halls or facilities strengthen social cohesion and promote enterprise? In the age of dynamic networks and electronic exchange, is the social role of architecture and the built environment diminished? Does the Big Society need buildings at all? Grimshaw Architects partner Chris Nash and social networks expert Christian Busch join the panel discussion chaired by Sarah Gaventa, Director, CABE Space.
