BarCamp Boston is Boston's geek unconference, organized on the fly by attendees, for attendees. Visit the website and wiki at BarCampBoston.org. There is no registration fee, and all attendees are equal... but you don't just attend a BarCamp -- you can participate in discussions, host a session of your own, or join in another cooperative event (startup founder match, programming contest, design competition, and more...). Topics may include: technology, marketing, cooking, startups, sci-fi, social media, gadgets, communities, design, hardware hacking, UI design, entrepreneurship, AJAX, open source software, art, robotics, mobile computing, bioinformatics, RSS, social software, programming languages, the future of technology, and much, much more! Join us the weekend of April 9th-10th, 2011 at Microsoft NERD, in Kendall Square. Doors open each day at 9am for registration and breakfast. Thanks to our sponsors, complimentary pizza (including vegan and vegetarian options) and soda are available for lunch each day. BarCampBoston runs until 5pm, and on Saturday we'll have an afterparty with food and drinks for even more informal fun. Support BarCampBoston BarCampBoston is run by and for participants.
