Jack Kern is a principal in Stone Lion Trust, and managing director of Kern Investment Research, LLC a firm that advises pension and hedge funds and institutional investors. He has over 25 years of experience in the sector, with many successful start-ups and a couple of turkeys. While not perfect, he is fun to listen to, thoroughly engaging and very knowledgeable about what it means to be successful. With experience working internationally, Kern has gained insights working for very large public and private companies and has clients globally, from San Francisco to Singapore.

It's hard to get private time with professional investors and so we've made special arrangements with Jack for a limited number of private meetings. To help keep the process manageable and assure serious interest, we're charging a fee of $100 which will be donated by Jack, after expenses to local food banks in the metropolitan area. So come learn in person, do good at the same time and ask those questions in private that you don't wish to share publicly.
