Come on a short (2mi) hike with me at SXSW to the Barton Creek Greenbelt. We'll meet at 360 & Highway 1, just south of the Barton Creek Mall. This is about 3 miles away from SXSW convention center (drive, walk through Zilker, or cab it). We'll go down to the bottom of a canyon with a crystal clear blue-green spring feed creek that has several water falls. There will be (optional) swimming, and jumping off the cliffs into the creek (only about 6 feet off the water, no big deal). Beautiful granite ribbons carved by the water.
