We had so much fun at SXSW last year that we're going back again. And this time we're going even harder in the paint -- and throwing a party of our own. If you're headed down to Austin, join us on Wednesday, March 16 from noon to 6 pm at Klub Krucial, 612 E. 6th Street (next door to the legendary Austin concert hall Emo's).
The lineup is so epic we can't quite believe it: we're going down with our Massachusetts friends DOM, HOORAY FOR EARTH, YOUNG ADULTS, EUGENE MIRMAN, and GIRLFRIENDS.
We're also hooking up with one of our favorite hot new electro-pop acts: the UK's THE GOOD NATURED. Plus: West Coast dance sensations FUNERAL PARTY and a Cincinnati indie-pop band we fell in love with called the SEEDY SEEDS.
We're calling the whole party "FIRST CONTACT," and it would not have happened if we hadn't teamed up with GREAT SCOTT, WFNX, and PIRATE PROMOTIONS.
