Here's a note from the Turner Falls website (http://www.turnerfallspark.com/index.php):

Our cabins have an open floor plan with 2 full-size beds, a futon couch/bed, small dorm-size fridge, stove top with 2 burners (no oven), microwave, coffee pot, table with 4 chairs, AC/Heater combination and one bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. Please note – we furnish the linens for the beds only. You'll need to bring linens for the futon and all kitchen and bathroom supplies.

Turner Falls Park offers 12 cabins starting at $130.00 per night for 4 people and an additional $5.00 per person -- up to 6 maximum. (This includes the park admission)
