Well, we've finally made it. After over a year of work, recording bits and pieces here and there and dealing with technology's shortcomings, sickness, the weather, hangovers and other obstacles thrown in the way of this project, our first full length album, "Surrounded by Fog", is completed and we want to celebrate with you. It is a fact that we would not have this album and our dream fully realized without the emotional and financial support of all of you who've come out to shows time and time again despite bad weather, other plans you could have had, or other places you could have been. This album is a representation of the brains and hearts of five guys writing and playing music in a basement, garage, an auto body shop, a studio, another basement, two different school music rooms, and yet a third basement rehearsal space. It could only have been created at this time and in this small spot in the world, and we've put together a musical lineup for the night that lives up to the celebration that we intend to have. Mike Brumm will be starting out the evening at about 9 with his looping acoustic guitar that overflows with fun, followed by The Last Rhino at 10:15 playing our entire album and some old fan favorities, and ends with a truly great band out of Chicago called Molehill who blew us away at Stonefly Brewery on Haloween and was kind enough to make this evening perfect closing out the set at midnight or so.
