Die AIIM als internationaler Verband der Informationswirtschaft hat hierzu kürzlich eine Roadmap herausgebracht, die die wesentlichen Schritte und Herausforderungen definiert. Es ist eine Art Handlungsrahmen für die Einführung von Enterprise 2.0 und Social Business.
