WHEN: Saturday, April 2nd from 10am-5pm

WHO: Professional and amateur bakers, cooks, artists, artisans coming together around food to make something BIG happen.

WHY: So we can donate BIG BUCKS to a Peace Winds Japan - a sister of the Peace Winds America relief organization, specializes in disaster preparedness and response in the Asia Pacific. 100% of the money raised will go to ground relief--things like medical and sanitary supplies, blankets and clothing, and as available, long-term reconstruction. Relief operations are currently underway in Miyagi Prefecture, where Peace Winds is providing food and temporary shelters to disaster victims in northeastern Japan.
