WAY MORE THAN A CAR SHOW ON A HOT PARKING LOT!!! A Paws 'n' Wheels car show event benefiting local animal rescue and welfare. Animal rescue and welfare groups will be in attendance at each event with animals available for fostering and adoption. Please check the Paws 'n' Wheels In The Parks page for details. Arrangements are final for large venues to host all of our 2011 events on grass lawns to conduct our shows in much more comfortable venues! Other 2011 car show events are scheduled for June 11 and August 13 with the finale on October 8 & 9. Car owners and the public can bring their dogs to the events as long as they are kept on leashes. Each 2011 event will have a festival atmosphere with activities to entertain the entire family. Picnicking and tailgating will be permitted. Each event will have food & drink vendors, consumer and automotive product vendors, adult and children's entertainers, adult and children's games, animal demonstrations, door prizes and feature cars.

Car show competition will be participant judging with awards. $10 entry fee for competition and awards. Entrants can elect to furnish $10 worth of animal food or supplies brought to check-in table in lieu of the entry fee. The purchase of one ticket for the 1954 Mercury Monterey raffle entitles the purchaser to two (2) free entry fees to Paws 'n' Wheels In The Parks events!! The first 50 entries will receive a dash plaque. Awards - First and Second place in 28 classes, plus Outstanding Club Participation, Best of Show Car 79 & Older, Best of Show Car 80's & Newer, Best of Show Truck 79 & Older, Best of Show Truck 80's & Newer, People's Choice and Animal Rescue Pick.

The Great American Wheels & Wings points program will be in effect for these quality events. Substantial cash prizes will be awarded after the season finale on October 8 & 9. Each of our cash awards winners last year were regular participants at our shows.
