The AANM and Michigan Radio are presenting The Revolution is Online: Social Media + Arab World Uprisings, a panel discussion on the use of social media in recent Arab World democratic movements.
The panelists are New York-based journalist Mona Eltahawy (right); Knight Fellow and documentary filmmaker Jigar Mehta; Atef Said, an Egyptian civil rights attorney and doctoral candidate at University of Michigan – Ann Arbor; and Tim Kiska, veteran journalist and professor at University of Michigan – Dearborn. Michigan Radio News Director Vincent Duffy will moderate.
