Highway to Hope Easter BBQ Outreach

Highway to Hope's (H2H) next outreach is this Saturday, April 23 at 4 pm on 8th and Fremont Streets. we are generally out there for an hour and a half to two hours, or less if we run out of food.

Easter Outreach: April 23. 4 PM

H2H will be bringing the BBQ, burgers and dogs.

So far we have some baked beans, relish, and a few desserts committed. Bob and Kathleen (our fearless leaders) will bring the patties, dogs, mustard, ketchup, some potato salad (for 100 ppl), bottled water, V8 juice, Bibles and paper goods.

The rest of the needs are below. Please email Mary Buttery at fitzw3550@aol.com if you can meet any of these food needs, and please include the quality or number of people your contribution will feed.

Food needs for 300:
hamburger buns 200 needed
hot dog buns: 200 needed
mayonnaise: packets not bottles
lettuce:
tomatoes
pickles/relish too
side salads: Macaroni, Potato, Pasta, coleslaw or.......
bagged lunch ingredients (sandwiches, fruit, snacks etc)

We are also always in need of to-go containers, as these are the best method of distributing meals And white adult sox.
