As per usual, there should be plenty of street parking along 3rd Street between Bowie and West Ave, as well as along Bowie between 3rd and 5th. I'll prop the door open from the street level-- if you walk down the brick driveway at the entrance to the parking garage towards the fountain, the door will be on your right before the mailboxes.
