The panel will be on ‘Angel Investing 101’ – topics include:

o How/why angel investing has exploded in the last few years
o Typical deal terms
o How to conduct due diligence
o Ways to stay involved / add value

The audience will be a mix of Harvard alumni (mostly HBS) who are interested in doing angel investing in LA. There seems to be a lot of interest in investing but a lack of knowledge about how it works (average investor age is 40s-50s). People who are interested in investing will become members of the HBS SoCal Angels group.
