INTERNATIONAL NEILIYO AWARENESS DAY

This day has been made an official holiday by the federal government's passing of the Neiliyo for Reiliyo Act of 2011. The legislation mandates that on Friday April 29th, 2011, everybody who is anybody must dress like Neiliyo in order to raise awareness for the cause.
