Peter Sauer @geoffclapp you're right, it was all us :p. In the future, if we don't properly identify the location you entered in the "Where" box, select "don't identify" - then click "add plan" (in the location where the map is usually displayed) and enter the proper address. :)

Geoffrey Clapp @peter - Honestly, no idea. I tried to fix it, but it didn't take. I did post something on the support boards, you guys are so fast and on the ball, I assumed you fixed it! I'm just happy it's fixed. And you should take the credit ;-)
