On November 11th, 2011 at 11:11 am or pm at 11 seconds is the best time to make a wish. Its like the ultimate 11:11 wish ever. It only happens once every 100 years so DONT MISS IT! INVITE YOUR FRIENDS so that they'll be able to take part of this event which only occurs once every 100 years. WHOO!
