On further consideration , the dates for the projected work parties should be changed to better suit everyone’s needs and correct an error I made in dates.
When figuring out the dates I was looking at a European style calendar that went from Saturday to Sunday , not Monday to Sunday , sorry bout that.
It also seems that I placed the first work party smack in the middle of festival season , a big no-no for us BassHeads. Lighting in a Bottle is the weekend of May 27th to the 30th. Raindance , June , the 3rd thru the 6th. The Big Bounce is happening the weekend of the 17th thru the 20th. Then on the 2nd and 3rd of July there is either High Sierra or JuPlaya. ( I think that Melanie and I will be doing JuPlaya.
So what I think might work is making the first party June 11th and 12th.
This party will be for the propose of cleaning up Puff , putting together all the pieces and firing up the lights , checking for any defects or technical difficulties. I would also like us to go through the sound system and check it for bugs.
Oh yea , time to start bugging people for camp dues. $40 should do it , just go to :

Last years expenses were 2,300$ and only 1300$ was collected. This is not a cheap endeavor but with ALL of us pitching in the burden will be considerably less.
I would also like to get a list of people who would like to order 6” bi-filament tape for their hexayurt construction along with their projected share of the cost.
