Part 1: Isolate with Ease
Dive into the rabbit hole of hoop illusions with Poki! Learn the how and why's of "trippy" then the nittty gritty tips and tricks that make it all possible. Build a foundation of isolation concepts suitable for any size hoop and any hooper.

Part 2: Flail with grace
In this workshop Malcolm will be sharing general approaches and concepts as well as specific techniques and exercises, all of which are central elements of his approach to hooping. Repetition, movement evolution, focused play or structured abandon, i.e., license to flail, and visualization, are some these elements to be covered.

Part 3: How to Create Creative Creations
How does inspiration strike? Through games and hands-on exercises, Malcolm and Poki will provide you with a set of tools from which to unearth original tricks, sequences, and choreography from within.
