West Michigan-based Denali Flavors, developers of the legendary Moose Tracks flavor of ice cream, has partnered with Hershey’s Creamery to host a FREE ice cream give-a-way on May 10 in Downtown Detroit.
Celebrity scoopers will be on hand to dish out the fun! Come see:
PAWS Detroit Tigers Mascot: 12:00 p.m.
Nolan Finley from The Detroit News: 12:00 p.m.
Erin Nicole from WXYZ: 1:00 p.m.
Jonas Jerebko: 2:00 p.m.
and many more!
Ten-thousand scoops of Moose Tracks will be given away at Campus Martius Park in Detroit as a 10,000 Scoop Challenge (www.Facebook.com/Moosetracks) issued by Denali to citizens of the motor city. For each scoop eaten, Denali Flavors will donate $1 to The Salvation Army of Metro Detroit in support of its “Doing the Most Good Week” (May 9-14). The money raised will support ongoing children’s programming at The Salvation Army of Metro Detroit.
The event is free and open to the community.
