Each generation faces unique challenges of their times. Today one of the most prominent for today's young adults is how to identify, and pursue your path. Today's generation is ambitious, highly educated and innovative, but we often don't know how to translate our skills and passions in a way that fulfills our professional lives. In many cases, we simply haven't been shown how to do that.

Often we fall prey to the belief that we must overcome our weaknesses in order to succeed. The way to becoming exceptional in the workplace (and in life) relies on finding the place where your strengths and passions intersect, and approaching your career from that vantage point. When we move from that place, the world of opportunity opens to us.
