Discussions will look at 'Innovation and Reinvention in Tourism', concentrating on five key sectors: food & beverage, technology, destinations & attractions, transport, and accommodation. The study tour (an exploration of the New Forest) and Dinner will take place the day before, on Monday July 4th. The dinner will include a drinks reception in the Motor Museum and the meal itself in the mediaeval Domus, with catering provided by Leith's.
