Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Training: BWB and LALA are proud to present CERT training at Big Art Labs. June 25/26. It will be all day both days all day. If you are attending you must attend the whole training. 9am-7pm.

The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program is an all-risk, all-hazard training. This valuable course is designed to help you protect yourself, your family, your neighbors and your neighborhood in an emergency situation. CERT members receive 17 1/2 hours (one day a week for seven weeks) of initial training. CERT is provided free of charge within the city of Los Angeles to anyone 18 or over.
Our max attendance is 60. You must RSVP to athena@laburningman.com with your name, phone, and email. Once you rsvp, i will send you the manual to print out, and lots of other information you will need. Please do not RSVP unless you know for sure you will be able to attend the entire training.

This training is FREE. However, due to horrible budget cuts to LAFD the instructor will be teaching this course on her own dime. She has generously agreed to do this. So we will be taking donations to help cover her expenses.
