Over the Edge allows participants to rappel down the 23-story Boji Tower in downtown Lansing. Anything above 16-stories is considered an "extreme rappel." Boji Tower is located across the street from the State Capitol Building in downtown Lansing; the view from the top will be spectacular!
There is no need to have any experience in rappelling in order to participate in this event. You will be trained just prior to your scheduled rappel time, at the Boji Tower prior to taking the FULL rappel. The rappelling is handled by experts in the field. If a rappeller experiences “stage fright” while coming down the building, one of these experts will rappel down next to you and help you to the ground.
The event will take place on Saturday, June 4 beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Participants must collect a minimum of $500 in pledges to go Over the Edge. Donations will be used to support the Team Lansing Foundation. Raising the money is easy, safe and secure. Join us for this exciting event for a worthy cause! Go Over the Edge with the Team Lansing Foundation!
