On the last Wednesday of each month, we will host a local winemaker and the full range of their wines (Always one from our list, and they will bring two or three others). Jake will create a tasting menu paired to their wines, which the winemakers will pour. More than delicious food and wine (Is there more than delicious food and wine?), we want you to meet the people behind the labels, and have the opportunity to hear how these young and driven wine lovers found themselves knee deep in grapes and even deeper into the ebb-and-flow of wine entrepreneurship, why they are committed to natural wine making, and their stewardship of the ancient, refined, and beautiful process of turning grapes into wine.
