After 11 Years, Austin's most Rock n' Roll Pizza Joint, The Parlor on North Loop will be closing it's doors by the end of June due to an unexpected & substantial increase in rent, as well a short lease option. These new lease terms came from their Landlord only 6 days prior to having to sign papers...

*Thankfully, this WON'T be the end of The Parlor in Austin.
The 2nd Parlor location in Hyde Park (43rd & Guadalupe St), which opened in 2006, is thriving and has a long and secured lease ahead of it.

Owners of both locations, Damon & Deborah Gill opened the first North Loop location in 2000 with the help of neighborhood friends and their daughters Autumn, Singer & Jasmine. Throughout the years, both locations have been family owned and operated. On most nights of the week, it is the norm to see at least one family member working behind the counter, including the daughters, son, son in law and extended family of Damon and Deborah.

A business where many local musicians have worked & performed for several years, and where live music has been a staple to it's success and popularity, The Parlor on North Loop will celebrate the end of it's 11 years with 2 full weeks of shows June 8th-21st, that will include many bands that have played The Parlor over the past years.
