Welcome to Reunion Weekend, a great opportunity to return to Pebble Beach to visit with family and friends, and reconnect with Stevenson! This year's Reunion Weekend is Friday-Sunday, June 10-12, 2011, and the classes directly involved are those ending in 1 and 6. Guests from other classes are welcome by invitation, all members of the Fifty Plus Club are guests of the School, and special rates are available for the 5th Reunion class of 2006.

A highlight is the cookout Friday evening at the big tent on Wilson Field. Everyone is entertained by live music, raffles, and of course, each other in a family-friendly atmosphere.


Stevenson 2011 Reunion Weekend Schedule


Friday, June 10th:
4:00 – 9:00 p.m.: Registration, Douglas Hall and at the tent on Wilson Field
6:30 – midnight: Cookout at Wilson Field tent for all classes (live entertainment, children welcome, family friendly). Parking on Wilson Field.

Saturday, June 11th:
8:00 – 9:30 a.m.: Breakfast, Reid Hall
9:00 a.m. – noon: Registration, Douglas Hall
10:00 – 11:15: “Catching Up,” a PowerPoint presentation and conversation about Stevenson focusing on reunion years, current students and faculty
11:15 a.m.: Campus Tours
11:50 a.m.: Service of Remembrance, Erdman Chapel
12:00 – 1:00 p.m.: Lunch, Reid Hall
Afternoon free for class and family activity
5:00 – 6:00 p.m.: Registration, Douglas Hall
5:30 – 6:30 p.m.: Reception and Class Pictures, Rosen Family Student Center
6:30 p.m.: Alumni and Class Awards and Recognition Dinner, Reid Hall
9:30 p.m.: Adjourn to the Rosen Family Student Center

Sunday, June 12th:
7:30 – 9:30 a.m.: Breakfast, Reid Hall
9:15 a.m.: Morning Prayer, Erdman Memorial Chapel



Weekend Notes:


Class Pictures: Saturday, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m., beginning with 1961, Rosen Family Student Center. (1961 at 5:30; 1966 at 5:35; 1971 at 5:40; 1976 at 5:45; 1981 at 5:50; 1986 at 5:55; 1991 at 6:00; 1996 at 6:05; 2001 at 6:10; 2006 at 6:15)

Meals: A meal ticket for the entire weekend costs $85. This covers all meals and receptions on campus, Friday through Sunday. Individual tickets to Friday or Saturday evening functions are $50 each. Children 6 and under are free.

Rooms on Campus: Weekend rates for one or two nights are one cost: $50 per single and $70 per double. Sheets, blankets, towels, and soap are provided. Children are welcome to share rooms with parents; please bring sleeping bags for them.

Class of 2006: Special rates are available for the 5th Reunion. A weekend meal ticket covering all meals and receptions is $65; single and double rooms are $30 and $50 respectively. Individual tickets for the Friday or Saturday evening functions are $35.

Babysitting: available upon advanced request, from 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm on Saturday.
