In the new era of Social Media, you need to know what people are saying about your brand and how you should respond. Jesse Stay, three-time book author and blogger, and Manager of Social Strategy and Solutions for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, will show you by example the things you need to watch out for, how you can build a better reputation for your brand, and ways to build better relationships with your customers by "thinking socially" using Social Media.

Registration deadline: Monday, June 6, at 10 a.m. The registration cost will increase $5 for anyone who registers after this time.
