Bar Basque is NYC HOTTEST NEW terrace lounge, bar and restaurant. Syd Mead of Tron and Blade Runner designed this futuristic venue, in the eVenti - a Kimpton Hotel - which is wrapped by a terrace the length of an entire city block (we have a retractible glass roof and air conditioning, so we don't let weather get in the way).
