Come celebrate the Summer Solstice by joining us for a little something we like to call HTML5 Summer DevFest. The HTML5 Summer DevFest is a one-day event held on June 21st, 2011, at The Waldorf Hotel. HTML5 is still a buzzword to many (or perhaps, many treat it as a buzzword?) This event is designed to showcase what you can do today, as well as to highlight some of the evolving standards and technologies that surround the greater HTML5-o-sphere. It's also designed to be a lot of fun spent on a Tuesday kicking off summer in Vancouver. We'll have a full day of speakers, plus a secondary room for hacking, developing, and lightning talks. Take the day off, learn/do some HTML5, and come devfest with us! Follow us on Twitter at @html5vancouver for updates. Schedule & Speakers When: Tuesday, June 21, 2011, The Waldorf Hotel Start time: 8:30am End time: 5pm After Party: Starts at 6pm, The Wicklow Pub, everyone welcome Includes breakfast, lunch, coffee and snacks.
