It's officially summer and that means it's time for ANGEL ISLAND SUNDAY FUNDAY V (yes, that's right - number FIVE)!
We will be in the giant grassy picnic area near the ferry landing (you can't miss it). There, we shall BBQ, imbibe cold adult beverages, and partake in every picnic sport under the sun. We usually have so much fun that we don’t leave the picnic area, but there is a whole island to explore – trails and views galore.
GET READY TO TAKE OVER THE ISLAND. Last time we had over 160 people in attendance!

Food & Drink
------------------------
I'm bringing charcoal for the grills, so bring whatever meat/fish/veggie combo you'd like to throw over the fire. Snacks -chips/veggies/fruit/sammiches/jello shots - are always welcome.
As for drinks, please BYOB (and extra!). Coolers are a great way to transport adult beverages and keep them refreshingly cold.
I'll bring eating utensils, plates, & condiments.
Remember: SHARING IS CARING
------------------------
Fun & Games
------------------------
I will be bringing cornhole, ladder golf, & bocce ball, so bring additional sets, footballs, frisbees, kickballs, little boys, or whatever else you like to play with on warm summer days.
Aaaaand of course, we're in a State Park, so tons of hiking, views, and trees and rocks and natury stuff.
NOTE: Dogs/cats/pigs/pets are NOT allowed on the island, so please leave them at home.

Transportation
------------------------
As for transportation, there's 3 ways to get to Angel Island. 2 involve ferrys and 1 involves a lot of swimming.
There is a Tiburon-Angel Island ferry that leaves from Tiburon on the hour, every hour. Nearby is an all-day ferry parking lot that only costs $5.

*we can arrage carpools as the date nears
The other ferry leaves from the Ferry Building & Pier 41at 11:20am and 11:40am respectively, and puts you on the island at noon. If you choose this option MAKE SURE YOU MAKE THE FERRY because if you miss it, you're SOL.

Want to Help?
------------------------
Bryson, myself and a group of conquistadors will be heading over on the 10am ferry from Tiburon to bring everything over and reserve as much space for us as possible. If you would like to come on the early ferry with us and help us transport and set up, please let us know.
