The historic Cascadia rivalry between the Portland Timbers, Vancouver Whitecaps, and Seattle Sounders continues this Saturday, June 11th, as the Seattle Sounders host the Vancouver Whitecaps at Royal Brougham Park.

To celebrate this derby match, The Emerald City Supporters, with their partner, Fuel Sports Bar, will host another Brougham Block Party. Located at the corner of Occidental Avenue and South Washington Street, this 21+ event will feature beer garden, food and full bar, ECS membership and merchandise tables, and raucous chants and songs led by ECS capos.

Festivities begin at 1:30 p.m. and all Sounders fans (21 and over) are encouraged to stop by, mingle, eat, drink and sing for our boys.

Fuel will be offering specials that will be open to everyone again, and, by popular demand, there’ll be outdoor restroom facilities this time!

The Brougham Block Party is made possible by Fuel Sports Bar, with thanks to Impark.

After the match, some of our ECS member bands will be performing at Fuel. Be sure to catch UNINVITED, 9LB Beaver, Miniature Airlines, and Hjalti finish off Cascadia Derby week the right way.

We will have one membership table for this match in Fuel.

March to the Match:
This year we will go back to leading the March to the Match. It’s our baby and it’s damn time we take it over. Be out in Occidental Park by 17:45 and help us get on our way by 18:30!
