When Foodspotter Cat sent me the link to the review for Gu's Bistro and suggested it for our next meetup, I knew she was onto something. I love dim sum, but have only ever had Cantonese style, I didn't even know there was a Szechuan dim sum tradition! So here's a chance for us to try it out. I went Saturday night and ordered off the regular menu and the food was really good, so I can't wait to see what they pull out for dim sum.
