LUCKY PEACH IS FINALLY HERE!

After months of long nights, Lucky Peach, our new magazine of food writing is finally here. The first issue's theme is ramen, and it features work from its editors David Chang and Peter Meehan, Anthony Bourdain, an instant ramen taste test with Ruth Reichl, and quite a bit more. To celebrate the release of this momentous issue 1, we are having a party! On Wednesday, June 22, join David Chang and McSweeney's at the Make Out Room. For $10, you will receive a copy of Lucky Peach, free beer (courtesy of Black Star), live music from Little Wings , and James Beard Award-winning chef David Chang will be in the house. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Japanese Earthquake Relief. Festivities kick off at 7 p.m. We hope to see you there!
