Hello all, We would like to invite you over to the first group meeting of the Agile Practitioners IL - user Group. This session subject will be "Feedback". We will have Elad Sofer talk about "Feedback - The secret ingredient of success", why feedback is so important for success and how it is used Since this is our first meeting we shall also try to gather feedback from participants on what else they would like to hear, and how they would like to see this monthly meeting evolve.   About the Speaker: Elad have been "addicted to Agile" for a long time, and have gained lots of experience and knowledge in that area. Elad has deep understating of Agile, SCRUM, Lean s/w development and agile practices such as CI & TDD. He has been coaching, Training and working with organizations and teams, to assist in agile transformations and improvement of agile ways of working. He is an author of a popular blog written in Hebrew and dedicated to the Israeli agile community.
