The Mercantile is a neighborhood market located in Candler Park that is focused on chef prepared foods. They prepare artisan sandwiches, offer two soups daily, roast locally raised chickens and fill their deli case with homemade items every day. The Mercantile offers a variety of locally produced items including hormone free Springer Mountain chickens, Georgia dairy and cage free eggs. We personally recycle our plastic, glass, and some cardboard and all of our food scraps go to a local chicken coop! We are a weekly stop for the renowned Moore Farms & Friends CSA. Community involvement is a founding tenant of The Mercantile. Staying involved in the local food movement, surrounding schools and environmental conservation is a top priority and they are dedicated in developing their ability to make a deeper difference through The Mercantile.
Worthwhile Wine Company imports sustainably made wines from South Africa, but also runs their operations guided by “triple bottom line” with business principles; the focus is not only on Profit, but more so on the Planet and People.
PodPonics answers the growing demand for locally grown food by producing it in Urban areas. Come out and learn how they are able to grow their product in a unusual urban environment.
Everyone will be eligible to win one of our Door prizes.

We will also be giving away another REC solar panel by raffle for those who promote solar in Georgia by signing up for a
100kWh block of Green Power.
