WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN: Your body is made up of almost 65% water – and your brain 80% water – making proper water intake crucial. You lose water during biological functions, exercise, outdoor activities and more – and more so in the heat of summer.
Consuming an adequate amount of water keeps your skin healthy, your brain functioning properly and your blood flowing freely. It allows you to focus, your organs to function at an optimal level, and assists in weight loss and maintenance of a healthy weight.
Our goal is to help you build a habit of water consumption, while learning the benefits of that habit, and the dangers of overconsumption of sugar-added beverages.
