The true "killer app" in today's business world is putting a human face and touch to everyday interactions, transactions and conversations. But many organizations struggle with the people, process, technology and most importantly organizational aspects of humanizing their business. Employees must be converted to ambassadors. Customers should act as advocates and corporate cultures must evolve in order for brands to become truly "social."
