** Concept **
Tokyo Garden Party was conceived as a way for people to network within and with the creative industry in Tokyo. It's not formal business networking, it falls in between business and social networking. You can relax over a few beers and talk business - or not - it's up to you. Also note that the organisers don't get any money out of this, so if you have issues with drinks or food, take them up with the beer garden staff, not us. However, we'd love to meet you all so feel free to introduce yourself to the organisers from fusionbureau and SET.
** System **
The order system at this beer garden is ala carte. To order food and beer, go to the main cashier and make your order. They will bring your order to our section with the table number attached, so it is REALLY IMPORTANT that you take your table number board with you when you order and watch out for it when it arrives.
** Cancellation in event of rain **
If there is persistent rain in the afternoon, the beer garden will inform us and we will message you via facebook before 6pm. In the event of a sudden downpour during the event (this happened last year) listen to the directions of the beer garden staff.

2011年の第3回東京ガーデンパーティはTGPの故郷の渋谷で開催します。2009年の最初イベントから今回が18回目です!
** コンセプト **
東京ガーデンパーティーはクリエイティブ業界(広告代理店、ウェブデザイン、デザイナーなど)の交流の為に開催されているイベントです。ビジネス チャンスや繋ぎを探して人がいますけど、結局このイベントがソーシャルとビジネスの間の交流を目指していますのでビジネスの目的ではないの方も大 歓迎です。
** ビアガーデンのシステム **
ビールも食べ物も、都度レジで支払って注文するアラカルトのシステムです。注文する時に必ずテーブル番号がついた会計挟をビアガーデンのスタッフ に見せてください。ご注文した飲み物や食べ物がテーブルまで届きます。
** 雨で中止の場合 **
当日の午後ずっと雨の場合、18:00前にFacebookのメッセージでイベントが中止かどうかお知らせします。イベントが開催中に突然大雨が 降る場合ビアガーデンの店長のアナウンスをよく聞いてください。
** 場所 **
東急本店屋上ビアガーデンで開催します。イベントが始まってから私が携帯電話に出るのが難しいので道が分からない方、下記の地図を備考にしてくだ さい。
