Your $20 participation fee funds Citizen Generation's philanthropy and community programs. With this fee to participate in the July 30th CharityVolunteers day, expect a great volunteering experience, snacks, water, tea from Honest Tea, and a complimentary Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka at the 'cool down' after volunteering at Doc's Motorworks.

Meeting Location Address: 2807 Manchaca Rd Activity: Lawn maintenance, outdoor run cleanup and maintenance, possibly painting, some indoor projects such as laundry, cleaning, and cat care, bring ice to dogs at adoption sites around town Special Directions: Be prepared to be outside. SUSTAINABLE FOOD CENTER
Meeting Location Address: Hyde Park Community Garden, 610 E. 45th St at Eilers St. Activity: Mulching the pathways at Hyde Park Community Garden and building/ painting a sign for the garden Special Directions: Wear a hat and sunscreen. Meeting Location Address: 1515 Grove Blvd Activity: Maintenance projects including disinfecting toys, steam cleaning furniture at the emergency shelter, general cleaning/disinfecting at the Child Development Center, and painting. Meeting Location Address: Church at the corner of 23rd and San Antonio St. Activity: Organizing the food pantry and clothing closet, cleaning and organizing the drop-in center, painting where needed, and general housekeeping.
