#FoodieChat launched on Monday May 9th 2011 on Twitter! I have always loved talking about food and on that particular Monday night I decided to start the Hashtag #FoodieChat and ask people questions related to Food!

Some of the Questions were; What is your favorite Condiment? What is your favorite piece of Fruit? What are you the best at making? What is your favorite kind of cereal? What is your favorite restaurant brand on Twitter?

There happened to be an NBA Playoff game on that night that went into double over time. I ended up staying up til 1:30am and talking some Foodie! We even were the trending topic in Chicago and Miami on Twitter. The night was so much fun that I have been hosting them every Monday night since. The Questions come from myself @steveGOgreen and my two Foodie accounts @DineInChicago & @MiamiBites

Monday July 11th I will be hosting our first live #FoodieChat in my home town of Chicago! If you know me, I always like to make something as epic as possible. We will be visiting about 7 different restaurants and "Social Media It Up" live on the scene at some of Chicago's best restaurants. Let us know what restaurant you will be joining us at.

#FoodieChat will also be featuring my newest client, TapIt Social which is a new social app for your smart phone. They have an amazing feature where you can TapIn, similar to Foursquare and follow us every where we go. @TapItSocial

Thanks to Going Green Limousine @GreenCarService, we will be cruising from restaurant to restaurant in style! We have limited seats in the Limo but you are more than welcome to meet us on our #FoodieChat journey, in fact I would love to see you.

Here is the #FoodieChat itinerary for Monday night July 11th in Chicago. Visit us at 1 restaurant or visit us at all the restaurants. Each restaurant will be offering us one of their signature dishes to try. All night long we will be Tapping In, Tweeting, Facebooking, Foursquaring, Taking pics & videos and much more. This will be a blast!

6:00pm 2nd Stop - Roka Akur Sushi & Steak @RokaAkurChi (Also their Grand Opening Night too)

7:00pm 3rd Stop - Sweetwater Tavern & Grille @SweetWaterChi

7:45pm 4th Stop - Wildfire Restaurant @WildFireRest

8:30pm 5th Stop - Ramon Deleon Dominos Pizza on Division/Lasalle @Ramon_Deleon

9:00pm 6th Stop - Harry Carays Italian Steakhouse & Bar @HarryCarays

10:00pm 7th Stop - Rockit Bar & Grill @RockitChicago

These are the approximate times and these are the fabulous restaurants participating in the first live #FoodieChat There of course may be some addtions and some Ad Lib! You never know what will Pop up while we are cruising around town.
