Join us and other organizations that serve the Washington DC Metro Area for a young adult survivorship conference (for persons diagnosed between the ages of 18 - 40).
Key speakers will discuss employment, health insurance and nutrition as it relates to survivorship. A young adult panel with representatives from Life with Cancer, I'm Too Young for This and Imerman Angels will discuss issues surrounding disclosure, dating, and survivorship care planning.
