There is a day in History that is much more important than July 4th: July 14th. This day, 232 years ago, the absolute monarchy was ending in France and it was the beginning of our Modern Republic.

Anyway, as a good girl proud of my origins, I needed to make this day special. That's why Kris and I will be holding a party at our place for the occasion. Light French Snack and Wine will be available... Ok beer too, you guys are American after all... Please try to bring something French, a flag or something on your outfit, and also something to drink! We will of course sing the French hymn, and perhaps someone's head could be cut! ;)
