A Little Bit about St Georges Charity....
-St George’s Hospital charity supports a live-arts programme for its patients with degenerative or serious conditions and illnesses. These patients haven’t been able to get out and enjoy themselves for many weeks, sometimes months, so we bring the entertainment to them. Arts activities range from music at the bedside, comedy shows, and dance. Current fundraising – is for a round-the-year arts programme for dialysis patients – they have to be in the hospital 3 times a week year in year out. The boredom and pain leaves them stir crazy and we can help!
