Event Information:
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is proud to host the 5th Annual Breath of Life Gala to honor the commitment and support of several deserving recipients of the Breath of Life Award.

This year we will honor John D. Lloyd-Still, M.D., Director of the Cystic Fibrosis Center at Rush University Medical Center and the Mayer Family, who will be accepting this award in memory of their son, Joe.

The evening--which will attract nearly 400 guests--features cocktails, passed hors d'oeurves, a seated dinner, plus live entertainment, auctions, raffles and more!
Black-tie optional.

Valet Parking is available for the duration of the event until 2am for $22.
