SPRI SPONSORED CLASSES:
• Friday, 8/12 7:00am to 7:45am- 360 Training from Function to Performance with Patrick Goudeau:
It’s time you Experienced 360 Training! Learn a specific training system that features 3 minute routines, thru 6 phases of training with 0 rest, featuring the Step360 Pro. This new 3-6-0 Training system allows every participant to develop strength, balance and movement integrity within large group programs and classes. Training on the Step360 responsive and reactive surface will leave you feeling energized and ready for more.
• Friday, 8/12 2:10pm to 4:00pm- 360 Training Hit It Hard with Robert Sherman:
This workshop, featuring the Step360 Pro, will push the athletic limit with a focus on two training phases, Athletic Performance and Explosive Power. Hit It Hard will provide your 1-on-1 clients with the experience of conditioning like an athlete with high intensity routines designed specifically for personal training. Agility, acceleration and deceleration become the training methods of choice where increasing power output can make all the difference.
• Saturday, 8/13 4:00pm to 5:50pm- 360 Training, Turn it Up, Turn it Down; How to Progress and Regress with Robert Sherman
Turn It Up; Turn It Down will teach you how to meet the specific needs of all small group circuit training participants with just the right amount of intensity and variation. While working with the Step360 Pro, uncover progression options to increase the total work and energy expenditure and regression options to simplify and orient movement quality, allowing less to be more. This workshop will help teach trainers and instructors the movements needed to reach all populations, along with an easy to learn way to assess, and choose, the appropriate exercise options for all clients.
