We're giving you the chance to attend the world premier of the digitally restored classic, 'Kind Hearts and Coronets'. This deliciously dark Ealing Studios comedy stars Dennis Price ('Tunes of Glory') as the spurned relative who plots to murder the eight heirs to his family's fortune, all famously played by Alec Guinness.
The screening will be held at the Regal Picturehouse in Henley on Thursday 18th August, starting at 6.30pm. We've arranged a post-screening discussion for you with Terence Davies, fan of the film and acclaimed director in his own right (his new film 'The Deep Blue Sea' is due out later this year), as well as an exclusive exhibition of film stills. And you can enjoy complimentary drinks and popcorn, all courtesy of Volkswagen.
Pre-sale tickets are available to See Film Differently fans on priority booking from 22nd July via the Picturehouse box office. Tickets will then be on general sale from 29th July, at £8.00/£6.00 members/£6.50 concession (plus booking fee). Just call 0871 902 5738 and quote ‘Volkswagen' to book your tickets today.
